**Non-Returnable Items**
The following items are not eligible for return:* Software licenses, subscriptions, or digital products once activated or delivered.* Customized or specially ordered equipment.* Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.* Consumables (e.g., toner, batteries) once opened or used.
**Return Process**
To initiate a return:1. Contact our support team via email or official communication channel.2. Provide your invoice number, product details, and reason for return.3. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the item.**Note:** Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
**Inspection and Approval***

**Refunds***
Approved refunds will be processed within **7–14 business days** after inspection.* Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.* Shipping, handling, and installation fees are **non-refundable**, unless the return is due to our error.
**Exchanges and Replacements***
Defective or damaged products may be eligible for replacement at no additional cost.* If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered.
**Shipping Costs***
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to: * Wrong item supplied * Manufacturer defect * Damage during delivery
